Terms and Conditions

If your item was lost, then please contact us by email or phone. We will contact the shipping company and ask them to investigate. We will ask them for a refund, if needed. If we can not resolve the problem by sending you a new product and you wish to have a refund, then please allow 2 weeks for us to process the refund. If you are simply not happy with your order, please make contact with us as soon as you receive the item so that we can discuss a quick remedy. This may include a replacement item or in some cases a refund.

PayPal – If you paid with PayPal, we will only refund the total amount minus PayPal fees. PayPal does not refund fees to us if we issue a refund to our customers.
Bank transfer – If you paid by Bank transfer and it has been determined that we owe you a refund, then we will refund you the full amount.

Shipping / Pickup / Delivery
We provide the option to pick up your order at our shop the Hague by appointment or we can hand deliver your dessert items locally.
Shipping is only available for cookies and brownies throughout the Netherlands.
If you do not pick-up your order, we do not provide refunds.

48 hour notice (by email!) must be provided prior to the pick-up/delivery/shipping date to cancel of any orders.
We do not provide refunds less than 48 hours before pick-up/delivery/shipping.

We do not ship outside of the Netherlands.

All orders must be paid for in advance online. We accept PayPal, credit cards and bank transfer. We do not accept cash payments.
Your eCheck payment must be settled before we will start processing your order.

We may use your listed email or telephone to get in touch with you or the recipient of the order if we have questions or need directions.
