Refrigerate / Freeze
Refrigerate your pie 2-4 days wrapped up tightly.
To Freeze, wrap the pie tightly in a few layers of plastic wrap and store in the freezer flat for 1-3 months. Loss of quality increases with the length of time in the freezer, so we recommend using the pie within 1 month. Defrost your pie by removing from the freezer and placing it in the refrigerator for 12 hours. Do not defrost at room temperature.
