Yes, we can ship your cookies, brownies and brownie cakes to any city in the Netherlands. We ship Mon – Thu. And you can add a personalized greeting card too. Note: We do not ship cookie cakes or frozen cookies dough.

No, not anymore. You may order and pick up your items at our Studio kitchen in the Hague by appointment or have your cookies & brownies shipped to any city in the Netherlands. Cakes & frozen cookie dough must be pick-up. We do not ship them.

If you have a last minute order (less than 48 hours) please call or email us first, before placing the order online.

We will be happy to discuss your order request, and desired pickup or shipment dates. If we can make it, bake it and ship it on time, we will let you know and then you can place the order online.

No. We will not be your courier of hate messages or profanity. If you order and pay for a cake with a message we don’t feel is appropriate to write, then we will refund your payment back to you minus any fees.

Yes.  ‘S-Gavenhage, The Hague and Den Haag are all the same city.

We offer two types of Hand delivery in The Hague area.
Due to the increased price of gas, it’s no longer possible for us to hand deliver to outlying areas.

No. Cookie cakes and forzen cookie dough need to be picked-up at our studio kitchen with a scheduled appointment. However, we do ship our brownie cakes.

All of our prices are excluding taxes of 9% (food items) and 21% (shipping).

We have seasonal cookie flavors such as Pumpkin Spice and sometimes we offer a special tester flavor. The available flavors are listed on the cookie order page and our Cookie Flavors page.

No, our cookies, cookie cakes and brownies do not have any added preservatives to them.

No, our cookies, cookie cakes and brownies are not Gluten-free. At this time, we have not perfected a Gluten-free recipe. We are working on a recipe.

No, we do not have sugar-free cookies or brownies.

Shipping: (Post NL)
Post NL does NOT guarantee next day, but items are usually delivered in 1-3 business days throughout The Netherlands with a tracking number.

Post NL delivers Tuesday – Saturday in The Netherlands. They are closed Sunday and Monday.

If you are unhappy with your order, please let us know the day you pick it up or the day it arrives. If you ordered a gift and chose to have it either delivered or shipped, and it had a problem; Please contact us by phone or email to let us know about the problem on the day it arrived or was suppose to arrive.

If the item was not delivered or it was delivered with damage, then please contact us within 2 days of its agreed arrival date.

Shipping damages:
If the product is damaged, we can arrange to send a new item out asap.

Refunds:
If your item was lost or arrived late, then please contact us by email or phone. We will contact the shipping company and ask them to investigate.
We will ask them for a refund if needed.  If we can not resolve the problem by sending you a new product and you wish to have a refund, then please allow 2 weeks for us to process the refund.
