Yes, we can deliver your order by hand in The Hague area (see map) or have them shipped with a courier (TNT Post or DHL) to another address. NOTE: To avoid a missed delivery, please let the delivery recipient know the date the delivery will be scheduled. We can schedule a 1 hour window of time to arrive.
Yes. ‘S-Gavenhage, The Hague and Den Haag are all the same city.
We offer two types of Hand delivery in The Hague and surrounding areas.

Delivery fee: €12,00 – Delft, Leidschendam, Nootdorp, Voorburg, Wassenaar, Ypenburg
If you have a gift certificate to redeem, go to the special URL located on the Gift Certificate.
- Type in your unique 1-time use Gift Certificate number.
- Choose your pickup or delivery method. Pickup is Free. Or you can pay to have your item delivered to your home or office in The Hague area or Wassenaar. Or you can have your cookies or brownies delivered with TNT Post for a fee. Sorry, cookie cakes can not be sent in the mail.
- Lastly, fill in any special requests such as desired dates and times for a delivery or short messages on a cake.
- Then, fill in your information and complete the order.

You may pay using (bank to bank transfer) or PayPal or credit card. To finalize your order, please transfer the full amount to the following IBAN number or pay using PayPal or choose credit card with separate invoice. As soon as we have your payment, we will start preparing your order. Thank you!

Yes, we have some specialty flavors that we can make upon request. We have Peanut Butter cookies with chocolate chips, White Chocolate chip, Carmel Chocolate chip and Sugar cookies plain or with sprinkles.
No, our cookies, cookie cakes and brownies do not have any added preservatives to them.
No, our cookies, cookie cakes and brownies are not Gluten-free. At this time, we have not perfected a Gluten-free recipe. We are working on a recipe.
No, we do not have sugar-free cookies or brownies.
Shipping: (TNT post and DHL)
Both companies do not guarantee next day but items are usually delivered in 1-3 business days throughout The Netherlands
(Mon – Fri, excluding holidays).
TNT Post NL only delivers Tuesday – Saturday in The Netherlands
DHL delivers Monday – Saturday in The Netherlands usually next day.
Shipping is NOT AVAILABLE for frozen cookie dough or Cookie Cakes!
If you are unhappy with your order, please let us know the day you pick it up or the day it arrives. If you ordered a gift and chose to have it either delivered or shipped, and it had a problem; Please contact us by phone or email to let us know about the problem on the day it arrived or was suppose to arrive.
If the item was not delivered or it was delivered with damage, then please contact us within 2 days of its agreed arrival date.
If the product is damaged, we can arrange to send a new item out asap.
If your item was lost or arrived late, then please contact us by email or phone. We will contact the shipping company and ask them to investigate.
We will ask them for a refund if needed. If we can not resolve the problem by sending you a new product and you wish to have a refund, then please allow 2 weeks for us to process the refund.
