Yes, we can deliver your order by hand in The Hague area (see map) or have them shipped with TNT Post or our special courier) to another address. NOTE: To avoid a missed delivery, please let the delivery recipient know the date the delivery will be scheduled.
No, not at this time. Because the pies are seasonal and we have a large influx of orders in a short amount of time, we need to keep the pick-up /delivery dates set to specific days in Sept and Oct. We will have more days in Nov.

Yes, we ship our cookie cakes and frozen cookie dough throughout The Netherlands with special overnight refrigerated delivery.

Post NL does not guarantee next day but items are usually delivered in 1-3 business days throughout The Netherlands with a tracking number.

We ship our cookie cakes and frozen cookie dough logs with this courier.
We need at least 48 hours between your order date and delivery date. They offer next day shipping with a tracking number.
If you are unhappy with your order, please let us know the day you pick it up or the day it arrives. If you ordered a gift and chose to have it either delivered or shipped, and it had a problem; Please contact us by phone or email to let us know about the problem on the day it arrived or was suppose to arrive.
If the item was not delivered or it was delivered with damage, then please contact us within 2 days of its agreed arrival date.
If the product is damaged, we can arrange to send a new item out asap.
If your item was lost or arrived late, then please contact us by email or phone. We will contact the shipping company and ask them to investigate.
We will ask them for a refund if needed. If we can not resolve the problem by sending you a new product and you wish to have a refund, then please allow 2 weeks for us to process the refund.
