- Each log makes about 2 dozen 30g medium cookies.
Heat oven to 175°C. Slice the dough log into desired amount of cookies.
Spoon dough by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto cookie sheet with baking paper.
Bake 8-10 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheet.
Do not consume raw cookie dough. Our frozen cookie dough is not edible. You MUST bake it before eating.
Size: Each cookie dough log weighs 720-750g and makes approx 2 dozen 30g medium cookies.
Packaging: Rolled in baking paper and placed in a clear plastic sleeve.
Storage: Keep frozen for up to 6 months. Defrost 15-20 minutes before slicing.
